Due to the current situations regarding COVID-19, there may be some delay on the processing and shipping of online orders.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Shipping/Returns policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Return Policy

-We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the product delivery date. 

-Items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have applicable tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

-Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

-Domestic returns and exchanges are free for orders over $850. 

-Requests for labels will be processed within 3 business days. Once the product is received, we will issue a refund within 3 business days. 

-All returns and exchanges must follow proper guidelines below in order to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized returns.

  • we don't accept the following items: items at reduced prices or on promotion (sale).
  • Due to hygienic reasons, all lingerie items, shoes, and socks are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund.

Requesting a Return/Exchange

 **For Returns and Exchanges under $850, shipping fees paid for by the customer. Please request a return authorization beforehand at and we will provide you with the location to address the package.

**For International Returns and Exchanges (including Canada) shipping fees are paid for by the customer.

Shipping Policies

-We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. International orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Orders may be split and items may ship separately, based on inventory location. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays

-Due to the current situations regarding COVID-19, there may be some delay on the processing and shipping of online orders.

-We offer free domestic shipping on purchases $450 and over via USPS.  Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping

International Orders

-For international orders we utilize many carriers, typically delivered within 10-25 business days. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers. 

-Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.
